Why this matters

Girls today are growing up in a louder, more challenging world.

Confidence is dropping. Many girls look strong on the outside but feel unsure on the inside.
Comparison is rising. Social media shapes identity before they even know who they are.
Identity is unclear. Culture is defining them before they get the chance to define themselves.
3 in 5

teen girls report persistent sadness or hopelessness — according to the CDC.

Girls don't need more pressure.
They need a stronger foundation.

"

After attending the Brave Girl Boot Camp, I felt more confident in myself and others, and I felt more comfortable with being open with my emotions and being myself.

To me, being brave means being outgoing, and advocating for yourself. Don't give up when things are hard. Be true to yourself, to strive for greatness, and to do the best you can in everything you do.
